I'm a finance and operations executive who builds organizations that perform. For over 15 years I've led the functions that keep complex healthcare organizations running — finance, HR, IT, medical economics, and governance — and I've done it while driving real, measurable growth.

At SoNE Health, a physician-owned clinical integration network in Connecticut and Massachusetts, I've served as CFO and then CFAO, overseeing a $25M+ budget, leading the organization through a major partner departure, building an employed physician group from the ground up, and generating $115M+ in shared savings across seven consecutive years. I'm equally comfortable in the boardroom and in the operational weeds.

Earlier at Hartford HealthCare, I was the architect of a clinical integration organization — designing its legal structure, governance model, payer strategy, and staffing framework from scratch. I know what it takes to build something that lasts.
